Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 281 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 281 website and services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies displayed on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other parties who interact with 281's services. 281 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they are complying with the latest version.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

Account Creation & User Security

To access the full range of 281's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform. 281 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend accounts that fail to provide the required documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must notify 281 immediately by email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 281 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate bonus offers is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

As a user of the 281 Platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 281 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other methods available from time to time. All deposits must come from a legitimate funding source and must be registered under the same name as the 281 account holder.

Deposits are typically processed within the timeframe indicated at the time of the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors. 281 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with all applicable rollover requirements. 281 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit and to the registered account holder only.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 281 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

281 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 281 disclaims all express or implied warranties in relation to the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

281 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 281 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. 281's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Regarding account suspension or closure, 281 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a user violation, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the 281 Platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 281 or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from 281.

The Platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 281 has no control over such content and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of those third-party services. The presence of such links does not imply that 281 endorses or verifies the third-party content in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
